About Our Practice
We specialize in obstetrics and gynecology, which includes the examination, diagnosis, prevention and
treatment of all aspects of women's health. All of our physicians completed (at least) four years of
specialty training after medical school and take courses regularly to keep up with the latest advances in
women's care.
In addition to standard specialty care in obstetrics and gynecology, we offer evaluation and management
of infertility, gynecologic urology, menopausal management, endoscopic and laser surgery, medically or
surgically complicated obstetrics, mammography, and ultrasonography.
What does 'FACOG' mean?
It stands for "Fellow, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists." ACOG is the nation's
leading group of professionals providing health care for women. The American College of Obstetricians
and Gynecologists:
Serves as a strong advocate for quality health care for women
Maintains the highest standards of clinical practice
Provides continuing education of its members
Promotes patient education
Increases awareness among its members and the public of the changing issues facing women's
health care
Office Hours
Our Laurinburg office hours are Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. for lunch. On
Fridays we are open from 9 a.m. until 12 noon. Our offices are closed on holidays. The holidays we
celebrate are New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Please see the Contacts and Locations section for the specific office

Confidentiality and Medical Records
All your medical records are considered confidential information. We will release your records, or some
part of them, only with your written authorization. No matter what the circumstances, we will not release
these records unless we have written notification that you wish us to do so.
